Exchange Policy :

You can check the package and try the item on the spot when courrier is outside and if you don't want it you can only pay the delivery charge, other than that unfortunately there will be no refund or exchange.

* The courier will call you before coming to your address so please make sure that you will be able to try the item.
* if the order is paid, same policy applies, if you don't want the item just send us a DM and we will make a bank transfer or instapay.
* this policy will be strictly applied for any reason
* Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations
* Shipping time is usually 1-5 Business Days and local governorates are delivered within 2-8 Business Days.

Refund policy :

* Refund only for defected items, the shipping fees will be waved to us aytomatically.
* The product should be in its new original state.

SALE POLICY :

• Due to limited stock there is no refund during sale period.
